Rates
All rates are in New Zealand Dollars and are on a unit per night basis. All stays must be on a weekly basis. For long term stays, please email us.

We can accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or direct funds transfer by arrangement. Please advise at the time of booking which method you prefer.
To confirm your booking, we require a credit card number, name on card, expiration date and the CSC number. We do not require a deposit, and no charge will be made to your card. Final payment can be made at the time you arrive in Niue.
Cancellation Policy
100% of total booking value will be charged for cancellations within 7 days or less of scheduled arrival.
3 nights accommodation will be charged for cancellations within 14 days or less of scheduled arrival.
Damage
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages to the cottage and/or property. This includes smoke damage/cleaning.
Note: There are no automated teller machines (ATM) on the Island.
All rates include the following:
- Meet and greet at the Airport
- Airport Transfers
- Breakfast pack - litre of milk, bread, cereal, butter, jam, coffee, tea, sugar. Also, fresh fruit such as papayas, mango, or bananas, are supplied when available.
- Wireless Internet Access to all Cottages
- Selection of books are available for your use from our office library
- All cottages are have their own gas BBQ
- Complimentary use of beach towels
- Complimentary use of Mask and Snorkel - limited availability
- Complimentary use of Golf Clubs (Left / Right) - limited availability - includes balls
- Complimentary use of Mountain Bikes - limited availability
- Complimentary use of Laundry Facilities - includes laundry powder
