Relaxation Massage - full body - designed to rejuvenate and rebalance, all you need to do is lie back and relax while your whole body is relieved of built up stress and tension.  Allow yourself to float away, you'll feel great afterwards.  (60 minutes)

Relaxation Massage - back of body only - For those who don't have the time for a full body massage, or want to concentrate on tension relief of the back, neck, shoulders, and legs.  (30 minutes)

Aromatherapy Massage - the addition of essential oils with either of the relaxation massages, to suit individual needs.  Some blends include the stress buster, rejuvenation, meditation, PMS & menopause relief, headache relief, sports, and insomnia relief.  Please advise your requested blend at time of booking.

Deep Tissue Massage - offering the ultimate relief for built up tension.  This massage uses a variety of techniques to locate the spots that really need attention and relieve and soothe aching muscles at a deep level.  (30 minutes)

Basic Facial - Classic treatment to cleanse and moisturise your skin, including clay mask to cleanse and rejuvenate the skin for a glowing complexion.  (30 minutes)

Essential Foot Treatment - It is so easy to forget your feet, so pamper them with a treatment designed especially for those sore aching tootsies.  Relax while your feet are being softened in a bath of essential oils.  A gentle exfoliation is then followed by a relaxing foot massage.    (30 minutes)

Sun Kissed Body Treatment - Hydrating treatment combining peppermint and aloe vera.  Full body peppermint scrub followed by an aloe vera gel which when applied soothes and cools the skin.    (60 minutes)

Harmony Body Treatment - The ultimate treatment to refresh and rehydrate dry or mature skin.  An intoxicating blend of essential oils are used in the Harmony body wash, Harmony body scrub and Harmony body mask.    (90 minutes)

Spa Bath - Added to any treatment.  (25 minutes)

Day Spa is open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to last booking at 4:00 pm.   Saturday 9:00 am to last booking at 12:00 pm.  Bookings required.
